Requirements:
— 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role, with a strong record of identifying and attracting top talent.
— Deep expertise in sourcing for a wide range of roles: from junior to executive level, across multiple global markets.
— Experience with sourcing automation and optimization tools or methods.
— Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
— A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
— English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates.
— Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find and engage candidates.
— Conduct thorough candidate searches and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
— Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate qualifications.
— Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
— Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
— Continuously analyze and improve sourcing approaches, measuring effectiveness, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
