Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across product development and maintenance initiatives within a large, transformation-focused technology organization. This role plays a key part in improving delivery effectiveness, establishing consistent ways of working, and supporting teams through significant organizational and process change.
Key Responsibilities * Own and coordinate delivery across multiple product and engineering streams * Establish clear planning, prioritization, and execution processes for ongoing development and support work * Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering teams * Improve visibility and transparency across the delivery lifecycle, including DevOps and support activities * Lead and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making * Coach, mentor, and support engineers and team leads, fostering continuous growth and accountability * Introduce and scale delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance team performance * Support organizational transformation efforts and help teams transition away from legacy processes * Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, including working with teams and leaders resistant to change
Required Experience & Skills * Senior-level background in Delivery Management and/or Product Ownership (5+ years) * Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams in complex, fast-changing environments * Strong understanding of modern software development practices and delivery principles * Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead through change * Experience facilitating planning, execution, and continuous improvement with product and engineering teams * Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches * High level of autonomy, resilience, and problem-solving capability * Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) * Ability to work extended hours to collaborate effectively with US-based teams (until 7-8 pm CET or 8-9pm UA time)
