We are seeking a highly professional English teacher (3+ years of experience) with modern teaching methods and a sincere passion for the profession.
The ideal candidate is open-minded and dedicated, ready to work full-time, lead the learning process for 8 groups (16 hours + preparation), and actively contribute to various department activities. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in teaching adult groups of different levels; * English level C1-C2; * Experience in teaching English with IT specific terminology and Business English; * Experience in developing of customized program for each group level; * Solid understanding of the communicative methodology; * Strong presentation and communication skills, creative approach to lessons, personal approach to students, patience and discipline; * Attention to detail, diligence, and a high level of organization; * Strong communication skills, ability to define clients needs and team dynamics.
Will be a plus: * Certifications CELTA, DELTA * Work with different tools, like Miro, AI etc.
Responsibilities: * Teaching General, Business long-term English Courses; * Teaching Targeted short-term English Courses; * Planning course material and activities; * Organizing and managing the course groups (scheduling classes, regular communication with the students, reporting attendance, tracking student and course progress, etc.); * Development of customized courses within the needs of the company; * Participation in the department knowledge-sharing sessions; * Participation in other activities, according to the company’s needs (conducting webinars, creating short-term targeted courses, administering placement tests, preparing students for interviews, writing blog posts for our channel and other related tasks as needed.)
