We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with strong expertise in user journey optimization, funnel analytics, and lifecycle communication to Lead our Product Marketing division. Someone who loves experimenting, improving conversion metrics, and building scalable growth systems from scratch.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build and own a product marketing function in a fast-growing company: leading team, shaping strategy, and turning bold ideas into real, scalable impact.
Your Impact Areas
* Drive the full lifecycle of funnel management: from hypothesis and market research to testing, performance tracking, and iteration, including planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new funnel launches and experiments.
* Analyze funnel data (activation, show-up rate, retention) and identify opportunities to improve key metrics.
* Collaborate closely with product, tech, and design teams to launch new funnel iterations (web & email).
* Work on value propositions, segmentation, and communication logic within each stage of the funnel.
* Use analytics tools (GA, Looker Studio, or alternatives) to identify insights and opportunities.
* Partner with performance and creative teams to craft messages that resonate with our audiences across markets (UA, PL, RO, UK).
* Research competitors and market trends to inspire new funnel ideas and growth experiments.
* Develop and refine email communication frameworks (triggered, promotional, and behavioral flows) to improve conversion and user engagement.
Your Superpower Stack
Experience
* 2+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or a similar B2C role.
* Practical experience working with funnels and improving conversion.
* Hands-on email marketing experience (flows, automation, segmentation).
* Confident with analytics tools (GA, Looker Studio, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar).
* Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, tech, creative, and performance teams.
Background
* Preferably experience with international funnels (EU / Tier 1 markets).
* Leadership experience is a huge advantage.
* Ideal: experience in companies with strong performance marketing culture or holding structures.
Personal Qualities
* Data-driven, structured, proactive.
* Curiosity, empathy, and flexibility: you understand how people think and what helps them take that first step.
* English — Upper-Intermediate+.
Recruitment process for this position:
* Introductory call (45 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
* Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
* Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our CMO to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
* Final interview. A strategic conversation with CEO.
* Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
* Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
