About the Role As part of our ongoing growth and scaling, we are looking for a Lead Business Analyst. The key mission of this role is to drive measurable business efficiency through process optimization and automation, working closely with multiple business teams. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and optimize core business processes across different functions * Identify bottlenecks and define processes that should be automated, simplified, or redesigned * Build and prioritize a backlog of automation and process improvement initiatives * Review existing dashboards and initiate the creation of new ones for key departments * Take full ownership of outcomes: from identifying a problem to implementing a solution and achieving measurable results * Work closely with department heads to align business needs with technical solutions * Translate business needs into clear tasks for the IT team and/or external vendors * Make decisions on tools and solutions; oversee timelines and quality of implementation * Define key process efficiency KPIs * Measure the impact of implemented changes (time, cost, team workload) and prepare clear analytical reports for management
What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst * Proven experience participating in process improvement or automation initiatives, not just documenting processes * Strong ability to gather and structure requirements and turn them into actionable dashboards and reports * Ability to make decisions and drive initiatives to completion * Experience working at the intersection of business and IT * Strong analytical thinking combined with a practical, hands-on mindset * Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics * English level B2 or higher * Experience in a service-based or education business
