Founded in: 2025 What makes you a great fit * 5+ years of professional experience developing games in Unity for mobile (iOS and/or Android). * Proven experience shipping at least one mobile game or substantial feature to production. * Comfortable working with both 2D and 3D in Unity. * Experience with performance optimization, including profiling, batching, asset management, and build size reduction. * Experience with Unity Addressables in a production environment. * Strong communication skills with a high level of English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have * Experience with free‑to‑play mobile games, especially casual, card, or puzzle genres. Knowledge of implementing IAP, ads, remote configs, A/B tests, or live‑ops tooling. * Experience with custom tools/pipelines for content production (e.g., in‑editor tooling, level editors). * Familiarity with AI‑driven workflows in Unity, including Unity MCP and agentic/AI‑augmented developer tools such as Augment, Windsurf, or similar systems for automation, code generation and code review.
Your day-to-day in this position * Build and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code in Unity for mobile. * Implement and iterate on gameplay mechanics, card interactions, progression systems, and level flows. * Work with 2D and 3D environments, including cameras, lighting, animation, and VFX for a casual game feel. * Integrate UI/UX, animations, and assets, ensuring everything works across a range of mobile devices and resolutions. * Optimize performance, memory usage, and loading times for low‑to‑mid tier mobile devices (Android and iOS). * Implement and work with Unity Addressables for asset management, content delivery, and memory optimization. * Integrate third‑party SDKs such as ads, attribution, and backend services as needed. * Debug, profile, and resolve technical issues; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the codebase and pipeline. * Contribute to feature planning, estimations, and technical design, owning areas of the game end‑to‑end.
