We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently start and lead new projects from scratch. In this role, you will manage technology initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective stakeholder communication, and smooth cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end project execution, from discovery and initiation through delivery and closure. * Apply Agile, Scrum, and other SDLC methodologies, adapting approaches based on project needs and team maturity. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, business analysts, and business stakeholders. * Facilitate clear and structured communication with stakeholders, managing expectations across technical and non-technical audiences. * Develop and maintain project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. * Ensure project governance through consistent tracking, reporting, and quality assurance processes. * Support team growth by contributing to hiring planning, onboarding new team members, and ongoing team development. * Drive momentum on new initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or early-stage projects.
Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in fast-paced technology environments. * Proven ability to start new projects and lead them through early discovery and execution phases. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. * Solid understanding of project governance: scoping, estimation, planning, tracking, and risk management. * Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and other SDLC methodologies. * Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and similar project management and collaboration tools. * Experience conducting or supporting discovery activities. * Ability to balance stakeholder expectations with technical feasibility and delivery constraints. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
