About the role We are looking for a strong, skilled Recruiter to join and strengthen our People Ops team.
We don’t hire fast. We hire deliberately — with clear criteria, strong partnership with the business, and ownership of outcomes.
In this role, recruiting is not a service function. You’ll act as a true partner, influencing team quality, hiring decisions, and long-term success. You’ll feel comfortable in this role if you: * take full ownership of hiring decisions — including mistakes and learnings * work autonomously and can build and run the recruitment process end-to-end * see challenging conversations with hiring managers as part of real partnership, not conflict * view recruiting as building strong teams, not just closing roles
What you’ll do * own the full recruitment cycle: from role intake to final hiring decision * partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on expectations, success criteria, and market reality * proactively source and engage candidates via direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms * design, optimize, and continuously improve hiring and interview processes * work with recruitment analytics and KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate) * identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and drive improvements based on data * leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in sourcing, communication, and operational tasks * ensure a transparent, respectful, and human candidate experience * maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and provide clear, regular hiring updates to stakeholders
Experience we expect from you: * 4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience (preferably in tech / product / IT) * proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership * strong sourcing skills and confidence in direct search * experience working with recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process optimization * practical interest or experience in using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency * ability to manage multiple roles and functions simultaneously without sacrificing quality * clear communication style and strong negotiation skills * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Perks & Benefits: * 20 working days of paid vacation plus 5 days of paid sickness; * Flexible work schedule & comfortable remote work conditions; * Competitive salary; * Access to Regus coworking spaces when needed; * FOP (private entrepreneur) accounting and support services; * Individual Development Plan (PDP) * A professional, mature, and supportive working environment
What you should know before applying:
This role is for someone who thinks in terms of impact, data, and ownership — not just activity.
If that mindset resonates with you, we’re likely speaking the same language.
