Dinarys GmbH is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Resource Manager to join our software development team delivering solutions for enterprise and eCommerce clients.
This role is a key business partner position, acting as a bridge between business needs and the efficient utilization and development of technical and non-technical resources, including both employees and contractors. You will be responsible for the entire resource lifecycle, from planning and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
Requirements:
Professional Experience
— 5+ years of experience in Resource Management and/or HR Operations within IT service companies. — Proven experience in workforce planning, resource databases, and project staffing. — Hands-on experience with Performance Review, PDP, and people development processes. — Strong understanding of operational HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, access management, policies, and compliance. — Experience working with Delivery, Sales, Pre-Sale, and Recruitment teams. — Solid understanding of the full employee/contractor lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
1. Resource Management
— Maintain an up-to-date Resource Database covering all employees and contractors, including availability, utilization, and key skills. — Allocate resources across current projects and maintain an appropriate bench according to business needs. — Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes for all resources.
2. Development & Performance
— Design and oversee Personal Development Plans (PDP). — Organize and conduct regular Performance Reviews, ensuring high-quality and constructive feedback. — Monitor and support overall resource productivity and performance.
3. Administrative Support & Documentation
— Manage resource-related documentation, including holidays and sick leaves. — Control access administration and ensure availability of required tools and systems.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
— Ensure smooth communication with Legal, Finance, and Admin teams regarding contracts, payments, procurement, and logistics. — Work closely with Delivery teams to support project staffing and utilization. — Collaborate with Sales / Pre-Sale teams to forecast and plan resource needs. — Open and manage pre-heat vacancies to ensure fast project kickoff. — Cooperate with Recruitment teams and lead kickoff meetings for external hiring requests.
