As part of our growth, we are looking for +1 experienced Senior Project Manager who will take ownership of a key project and help scale it strategically and operationally. We work with clients across Europe and build solutions that are actively used in production. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong business analysis background and hands-on experience working with engineering and UI/UX teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving delivery, aligning business goals with product development, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution * Define project scope, goals, and key deliverables aligned with business objectives * Build detailed project roadmaps considering user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility * Plan milestones, timelines, and resource allocation * Implement and maintain Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
Business Analysis * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements * Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements * Conduct market and competitor analysis * Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization
Collaboration with UI/UX Teams * Ensure smooth collaboration between design, development, and business teams * Embed UX best practices into the product development process * Review wireframes, prototypes, and design systems * Analyze user feedback and usability testing results
Delivery & Stakeholder Management * Manage scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality * Handle change management and priority shifts * Track progress using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana) * Communicate project status to Head of PMO, COO, and CEO * Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and status meetings
✅ Quality Assurance & Post-Launch * Coordinate testing and validation with QA teams * Support product launch, adoption, and continuous improvement * Maintain and structure project documentation and knowledge base
Requirements * 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or tech-driven companies * Strong background in business analysis * Proven experience working closely with UI/UX teams * Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies * Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset * Upper-Intermediate+ English
➕ Nice to Have * Experience managing remote or distributed teams * Technical background or experience in software development * Certifications: PMP, PMI, Scrum Master, Product Owner * Industry experience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or E-commerce
