Currently we are looking for a SEO Specialist for AffaBet, our young, fast-moving startup , growing rapidly across European markets and building an ambitious affiliate product in the iGaming space. We create and scale high-performing affiliate websites that connect players with leading gaming and betting brands.
Our focus is on long-term SEO growth, transparency, and quality, no shortcuts, no micromanagement, and no corporate layers. We move quickly, experiment boldly, and value data over opinions. Our Team You’ll join a small but highly skilled team that combines SEO expertise, development, and content production under one roof. * The SEO function is led by 2 experienced professionals : one setting strategic direction and the other driving execution hands-on. * You’ll be the fourth SEO in the core team, working closely with content writers, outreach specialists, and developers. * The content department supports with topic production and localization, while the dev and QA teams ensure technical delivery and site performance.

What You’ll Do * Bring money pages and content hubs to the top of SERPs in tough iGaming markets. * Design site architecture: clusters, SILO structures, internal linking, and entity coverage. * Turn on/off-page audits into actionable backlogs and deliver visible results. * Execute technical SEO hands-on: hreflang, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals. * Lead link-building initiatives (outreach / crowd / PBN) and explore creative link tactics. * Conduct competitive analysis and content optimization (LSI, intent, E-E-A-T). * Collaborate with content and outreach teams to ensure quality, originality, and compliance.
What You’ll Bring * 3+ years of SEO experience in high-competition niches (iGaming / affiliate preferred). * Understanding of affiliate models, regional regulations, and EU GEO specifics. * Proven experience in audits, clustering, content briefs, internal linking, and technical SEO. * Confident with Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting. * Ability to write clear, detailed SEO briefs for copywriters and assess content quality. * Solid knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, and analysis). * Experience in link building (outreach / crowd / PBN) and curiosity for non-standard strategies.
Nice to Have * Experience with review-style affiliate websites in competitive industries. * Knowledge of affiliate monetization models (RevShare / CPA / Hybrid). * Awareness of UX/CRO principles for high-converting landing pages and listings.
Languages * English: B1+ (mainly written communication). * Ukrainian: Native. * Other languages: a plus (French, German, Italian, etc.).
