We are looking for an HR Generalist who is comfortable working with structured, recurring processes and at the same time enjoys improving them, taking ownership, and gradually shaping how HR works in the company. Responsibilities: Core / Operational (stable part of the role): * Support and coordinate recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, communication) * Administer HR processes for employees (vacations, sick leave, documentation, internal requests) * Organize and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes * Support 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and development plans * Support payroll processes in cooperation with the finance team * Maintain HR documentation, data accuracy, and internal records
Development / Improvement (initiative part of the role): * Suggest and implement improvements to people processes and employee experience * Help develop and strengthen company culture initiatives * Collect and analyze people-related data and feedback, and suggest actionable improvements * Organize internal trainings, workshops, and team events * Proactively identify issues, risks, or inefficiencies in people processes and raise them early
Requirements: * 6+ months of experience in HR, People Operations, or Recruitment * Comfortable working with routine, structured, and sometimes repetitive tasks — and doing them consistently well * A proactive, flexible, and highly responsible mindset with a strong sense of ownership * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and adapt when priorities shift * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational and time-management skills * High level of reliability, attention to detail, and accountability
