We are seeking an experienced, structured Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate software delivery across two teams: Jamworks (web, mobile, and desktop apps) and eD3P (web portal, infrastructure, and 3rd-party integrations). This role is critical in building delivery excellence, ensuring release predictability, operational discipline, and continuous alignment with SOC2 compliance standards.
Reports to: CEO (shared role across Jamworks & eD3P)
Function: Delivery Excellence & Release Management Key Responsibilities Delivery ownership & governance: establish and manage end-to-end delivery and release management processes across both Jamworks and eD3P, ensuring consistent execution standards and accountability across all functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product).
SOC2 alignment: drive release processes and documentation practices fully compliant with SOC2 requirements, ensuring audit readiness and operational traceability across environments.
Release planning & execution: oversee all release cycles — defining scope, scheduling timelines, ensuring testing completeness, coordinating environment readiness, and validating that releases meet defined quality gates.
Process design & implementation: design, document, and institutionalize standardized release management procedures where they do not yet exist. Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, repeatability, and transparency.
Cross-functional coordination: collaborate closely with Dev Leads, QA Leads, DevOps team, and Product Managers to eliminate delivery bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and align technical implementation with business priorities.
Lead the development when needed: be able to take up some stories or epics and lead them to release, while acting as a project manager to speed up things or resolve crises.
Risk & issue management: identify delivery risks early, establish mitigation plans, and drive resolution through structured communication and an ownership culture driven by RAIDs.
Reporting & transparency: maintain clear visibility of delivery status, KPIs, and upcoming releases through structured dashboards, delivery reports, and regular executive updates to the CEO and leadership team.
Continuous improvement: champion predictability, quality, and accountability across the delivery lifecycle — embedding post-release reviews, metrics tracking, and lessons-learned cycles into the operating rhythm, accountability for the incident reports in the scope of SOC2 audits. Required Experience * 3+ years of experience in delivery or release management, preferably within a SaaS, platform, or service-based organization * Demonstrated success leading cross-team delivery initiatives and release processes at scale * Familiarity with SOC2 (Type I / Type II) or similar compliance frameworks * Strong understanding of CI/CD, environment management, and software lifecycle governance * Experience working directly with executive leadership and multiple technical teams * Experience working directly with engineers (developers, QAs, designers, DevOps)
