Job Description As an Affiliate Promo Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day communication and execution with our existing affiliate partners. You will ensure smooth promo execution by providing partners with clear promo plans, accurate tracking links, updated creatives, and high-performing copy.
You’ll work closely with internal marketing, analytics, and newsletter teams to coordinate promotions across multiple campaigns and partners and ensure everything runs on time and without issues.
This role has strong growth potential and can evolve into a senior affiliate or partnership position over time.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Communication & Coordination * Manage daily communication with existing affiliate partners, publishers, and networks * Share promo schedules, offers, updates, and performance feedback * Act as the main point of contact for partner questions and requests
Promo Materials & Execution * Prepare and distribute promo materials: tracking links, copy, creatives, and instructions * Ensure tracking links and parameters are correct and up to date * Coordinate promo launches, timelines, and deadlines across multiple partners
Organization & Process * Maintain structured records of partners, promos, assets, and timelines * Ensure nothing is missed: links, copy versions, approvals, or follow-ups * Support internal teams with clear documentation and updates
Growth & Development * Learn affiliate negotiation, deal structures, and performance optimization * Gradually take on more responsibility in partner strategy and execution * Represent the company at affiliate conferences and industry events over time
Requirements * Previous experience working with affiliates, publishers, or affiliate networks * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * High attention to detail and strong execution mindset * Comfortable working with links, copy, spreadsheets, and multiple deadlines * Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously * English level: C1 or higher
