About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Global B2B Lead to support our B2B direction. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to integrate B2B strategy into our broader company vision while maintaining autonomy in driving international growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute our global B2B strategy * Drive new partner acquisition and sales across international markets * Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver new capabilities * Conduct market research to identify new countries, segments, and product opportunities * Analyze competitors and global trends in wellbeing and mental health * Lead customer discovery through interviews, surveys, and pain point analysis * Leverage research insights to inform strategic decision-making * Implement and optimize CRM systems, analytics tools, and automation for B2B operations * Build transparent reporting systems * Ensure exceptional client experience throughout all customer journey stage
Requirements * 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development * Proven track record of successfully entering international markets * Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics, and sales processes * Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with corporate clients * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution * English proficiency at C1+ level * Genuine passion and belief in advancing psychotherapy and wellbeing * Self-organized, autonomous, and skilled at navigating complex challenges
Nice to have * Experience in mental health, HR tech, or wellbeing sectors * Experience managing distributed/remote teams * Practical skills in customer and market research methodologies * Spanish
