Role Overview As a Data Analyst at TrueLabel, you will play a key role in driving product and business growth through data. You will work with large volumes of iGaming data, transform raw numbers into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and help teams make confident, data-driven decisions.
This role combines deep analytical work, product research, and close collaboration with product, marketing, and tech teams to identify growth opportunities, validate hypotheses, and improve overall platform performance. ⚙️ Your Tasks: * Conduct product and business research, analyzing user behavior, product performance, and key business metrics; * Work with data and produce analytical reports and insights to support decision-making across teams; * Design and maintain a system of dashboards for deep analytics of the product and business domains; * Work with analytical infrastructure, including ClickHouse, MySQL, and PostHog; * Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests in collaboration with Web Analysts and Product Managers; * Perform hypothesis generation and validation, testing ideas that impact product growth and monetization; * Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth points within the business; * Build dashboards in BI tools and ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability for stakeholders; * Collaborate with Data Engineers on Data Mart development to support scalable analytics solutions.
Our Criteria: * 3+ years of experience in data analytics, including 1+ year in iGaming; * Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis; * Solid understanding of statistics, probability theory, and hypothesis testing; * Experience working with analytical databases and data infrastructure (ClickHouse, MySQL or similar); * Proven ability to conduct deep analytical research and translate data into business insights; * Experience building dashboards and analytical data marts using BI tools (Superset / Tableau / Power BI or similar); * Familiarity with web analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Google Analytics) is a plus; * Confident use of Jupyter Notebook, Git, and collaboration tools; * Business-oriented mindset, autonomy, structured and critical thinking; * Good written and spoken English.
