Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to take ownership of the project’s technical direction — leading and supporting both internal and client-side development teams to ensure successful delivery in line with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Role Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality functionality aligned with project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines. * Lead and manage the end-to-end development process — including architecture design, task decomposition, and progress tracking. * Mentor and support development team members, ensuring technical growth and consistency in delivery. * Provide hands-on technical guidance to both internal and client-side teams. * Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code that meets client standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance challenges. * Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability. * Oversee deployment workflows and manage releases to QA and production environments. * Design and document technical solutions for new features and enhancements. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of system architecture, core functionality, and integrations. * Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding. * Communicate effectively with the client, ensuring alignment on technical decisions, priorities, and delivery plans.
Role Requirements * 7+ years of experience in engineering playing developer roles * Experience on a team/tech lead role, designing and implementing complex tech solutions. * Deep knowledge of PHP * Strong experience with the Laravel or other PHP framework/library * Experience in JavaScript, CSS and Vue.js (or other JS framework/library). * Strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD process * Strong knowledge of REST API * Experience with AWS * Experience in fintech domain * B2+ English with excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure, with a collaborative and ownership-driven approach.
