We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join a mature team working on a large-scale consumer platform in the real estate domain. The team is currently planning upcoming quarters, and the scope includes several core initiatives that may evolve during execution. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with flexibility, proactiveness, and the ability to actively participate in discussions around requirements and scope changes.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an environment where requirements are refined iteratively, asks the right questions, and contributes to shaping solutions rather than just implementing predefined tasks. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin. * Participate in investigation and discovery activities related to authentication and user data flows. * Implement user-facing functionality, including UI improvements and communication features (e.g. group interactions). * Actively engage in discussions where scope may evolve, clarify requirements, and help shape technical solutions. * Collaborate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases. * Work in an Agile (Kanban) environment with a proactive and flexible mindset.
Requirements: * 3+ years of commercial Android development experience. * Strong knowledge of modern Android architecture patterns and best practices. * Hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST APIs. * Ability to work effectively in an environment with changing requirements and evolving scope. * Proactive mindset: readiness to ask questions, suggest improvements, and participate in requirement clarification. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance, stability, and UI/UX quality. * Experience working in Agile teams, preferably using Kanban. * Upper Intermediate English level, sufficient for active participation in discussions and documentation.
