Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities * Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements * Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles * Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation * Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions * Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process * Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes * Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports * Stay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM
Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. * Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends * Familiarity with both technical and non-technical profiles * Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools * Strong communication and organizational skills * Experience hiring in Europe and/or Latin America is strongly preferred * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment * Upper-Intermediate + level of English * Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates’ time zone
