An ambitious, motivated, and energetic junior sales professional with a strong interest in technology and solution-based selling. Eager to work in a fast-paced environment, take on new challenges, and contribute to closing deals in the IoT and Cloud markets. Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, battery systems, and BESS solutions is a strong advantage and will support the successful sale of our new product.
Responsibilities:
— Identifies, qualifies, and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, trade shows, inbound website leads, and more).
— Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within CRM tool.
— Responds to inquiries via email, LinkedIn, other social networks.
— Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills.
— Qualifying potential opportunities and scheduling initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team.
— Over time, Sales Manager will also be conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers and will develop into a product expert.
Requirements:
— Experience: 3+ months of experience selling into international markets (outside Ukraine) is a plus. We are also open to candidates with a technical background who are eager to grow into a sales role.
— Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, engineering, or IT-related fields is a plus.
— Skills: * Basic understanding of IT and IoT concepts * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to support deal progression and closing * Hands-on experience with CRM tools or sales pipelines * Experience in direct written communication with clients and stakeholders * Understanding of technical solutions and implementations in the solar energy domain (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries, BESS)
