About project
Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.
Requirements:
* Analytical thinking and a passion for working with data
* Ability to interpret numerical metrics in a business context
* Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis
* Understanding of fundamental statistical methods and concepts
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
* B2+ English
Responsibilities:
* Analyze user behavior and product performance
* Generate hypotheses to improve the product using analytical tools and data
* Validate hypotheses through A/B testing
* Build predictive models for user behavior and key business metrics
* Create informative dashboards for product and marketing teams
* Present research results in a clear format
Would be a plus:
* Entrepreneurship experience
* Degree from a top university (e.g., UKU, KSE, NaUKMA, KNU, KPI)
* Interest in human psychology
