We are looking Social Media Manager to own and scale our brand presence on LinkedIn and international social platforms. This is a full-time role with real ownership, strategic responsibility, and direct impact on brand perception.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute engaging social media strategies and campaigns across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels. * Manage social media content calendars and scheduling, regularly coordinating marketing meetings, capturing insights, and documenting action points. * Generate and present monthly analytical reports measuring the performance and impact of social media, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI). * Maintain brand consistency and innovation across various digital channels, ensuring content resonates positively and creatively with target audiences. * Collaborate closely with customers and sales teams to gather feedback, insights, and multimedia content (photos and videos) to support authentic storytelling and customer engagement. * Design and develop promotional materials aimed at enhancing brand visibility and attracting new clients. * Continuously monitor social media and digital marketing trends, making recommendations to integrate relevant innovations into marketing strategies.
Requirements * Advanced level of English (mandatory) * Strong copywriting skills for an international, professional audience * Strategic thinking you understand why content works, not just how to post * Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within teams * High level of autonomy and ownership * Experience in social media or content roles is a plus, but results and mindset matter more than years.
