What’s the job? We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the adoption of our Fiverr “Seller Plus” program. In this role, you will meet 1-on-1 with high-potential freelancers via video calls, using a consultative sales approach to diagnose their business gaps and pitch the Seller Plus program as the essential tool for their growth. Your goal is to demonstrate clear ROI and convert free users into paid subscribers.
Key Responsibilities * Manage a pipeline of high-potential leads, following up effectively to maximize conversion rates. * Analyze freelancer performance metrics before the call to identify pain points and opportunities for growth. * Conduct high-impact video consultations with the primary goal of converting freelancers into Seller Plus subscribers. * Position Seller Plus features (e.g., Advanced Analytics, Repeat Buyer Coupons) not just as “tools,” but as the solution to freelancers’ specific performance problems. * Own the sales cycle from the initial video meeting to the final subscription activation, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly conversion quotas. * Shift the conversation from “optimizing a Gig” to “investing in a business,” effectively overcoming price objections by demonstrating long-term value. * Act as the “voice of the market” by documenting and sharing sales insights with the Product and Marketing teams to refine our value proposition.
What are the qualifications? * Experience: 2 years in Customer Success/ Account Management/ Inside Sales. * Gig Economy or SaaS experience. * Excellent English: B2/C1.
