Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and execute the Digital Acquisition strategy for an iGaming product across multiple GEOs.
* Lead traffic acquisition and manage digital media buying activities.
* Approve and control annual, quarterly, and monthly media and traffic plans.
* Monitor traffic quality, ROI, and performance; optimize and scale campaigns.
* Analyze media buying efficiency and validate test campaign results.
* Collaborate with CRM, Product, Promo, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and external digital teams.
* Identify and test new traffic sources together with the Research team.
* Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and/or Media Buying (iGaming or high-traffic digital products preferred).
* 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Head in Performance Marketing.
* Strong expertise in digital acquisition channels and traffic management.
* Hands-on experience with analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking.
* Solid understanding of tracking systems, funnels, and conversion optimization (CR).
* Experience in building and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple GEOs.
* Strong operational and strategic management skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and make ROI-focused decisions.
* Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
