You will: * Take ownership of service analytics and provide ongoing analytical support for product, marketing, and web teams. * Work with existing data foundations, dashboards, and metrics, improving and scaling them where needed. * Answer ad-hoc and recurring business questions related to product performance, marketing efficiency, and growth. * Maintain and develop performance, ROI, and attribution analytics in collaboration with product and growth teams. * Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and clear documentation for key dashboards and reports. * Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We’ll have a match if you: * Have 2+ years of experience in a data or product analytics role within a product company. * Are confident with SQL and use it regularly in real production work. * Have experience supporting product and/or marketing teams with analytics and insights. * Understand core product, growth, and marketing metrics and how they are used in decision-making. * Are comfortable working independently and managing multiple analytical requests in parallel. * Communicate clearly and pragmatically, focusing on business impact rather than overengineering. * Have an ownership mindset and take responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs.
