We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter who is eager to start a career in tech recruitment, has recently completed IT recruiting courses, and is motivated to grow professionally in a people-first, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do: * Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and engaging candidates to making offers and closing positions. * Partner with hiring managers: define roles, align expectations, and support decision-making. * Build strong relationships: earn trust from candidates, hiring managers, and the internal team. * Leverage multiple sourcing channels: job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies. * Maintain an organized candidate pipeline: keep track of interactions and ensure a smooth recruitment process. * Stay ahead of industry trends: monitor the job market, talent movement, and emerging hiring strategies.
What We’re Looking For: * Completed courses in IT recruitment or talent acquisition (IT-focused). * Strong interest in IT recruitment and understanding of basic tech roles and hiring processes. * Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and hands-on ability to use it as a primary sourcing tool (search, outreach, and candidate engagement). * Theoretical understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques. * Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong learning mindset. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work. * English level: Intermediate or higher, sufficient for written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Will Be a Plus: * Previous experience in non-IT recruitment (general recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles).
