Responsibilities: * Launch and own new content streams (starting with Communication course) * Create and edit bite-sized lessons for a mobile app (text, audio, visuals) * Collaborate with Marketing to align topics with ad hooks * Maintain and improve lesson ratings (target: 4.5+) * Migrate existing content from web to app (30 lessons in 3 months) * Localize content for ES / PT-BR / FR / TR markets * Prepare clear design briefs (design support is optional, not mandatory) * Ensure tone of voice consistency across all content * Propose process optimizations using AI tools (content, visuals, audio)
Requirements: * Experience in content creation or educational content * Strong writing and editing skills (English required) * Understanding of mobile-first / microlearning formats * Ability to work independently and own full content cycles * Experience collaborating with designers and marketers * Interest in AI tools for content production
Would be a plus: * Experience in EdTech or subscription apps * Localization or multilingual content experience * Background in education, media, or journalism * Hands-on experience generating visuals with AI tools
