We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to support our clients and ensure a seamless user experience. Your main goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance that drives satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming customer requests via chat channels with professionalism and efficiency. * Provide accurate, timely, and friendly support in both English and Russian. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. * Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. * Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or guidance. * Cooperate effectively with other departments inside the company.
Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support / Success role. * Strong written communication skills in English. * Experience of work with a CRM system. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.
