Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing complex systems like CRM/ERP/SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, experienced in handling large-scale design projects, and adept at working both independently and in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in designing a platform that manages real-time GPS data, driver locations, and financial tracking. Key Responsibilities: * Implement design feedback from Figma comments and update existing layouts to simplify platform complexity for both desktop dispatchers and mobile drivers. * Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff. * Contribute to the design and development of new modules, including real-time GPS tracking interfaces, driver location monitors, and automated logistics logs. * Create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and interfaces that effectively organize complex data with advanced reporting and filtering capabilities. * Design mobile-first solutions for on-the-road tasks, specifically the photo capture and verification system for gas checks to track fuel expenses. * Leverage UX research and surveys to determine essential features versus optional enhancements for fleet operators and drivers. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex design challenges independently, such as visualizing high-density GPS data while maintaining design quality and consistency.
General Requirements: * Demonstrated experience in designing complex systems (CRM/ERP/SaaS) with a portfolio of relevant projects. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. * Proven experience working independently on large projects and within team settings. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex design issues, especially regarding data visualization and mobile utility. * Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
