Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract. Location: Fully remote (EU preferred, no sanctioned countries). Work schedule: 5 days per week (Sunday—Thursday), 2 days off, full-time.
Responsibilities: — Communicate with customers via live chat or ticket system about verification steps and results. — Conduct manual ID, POA and POA,and SOW document/questionnaire reviews for higher-risk customers in accordance with internal procedures. — Identify and escalate complex, high-risk, or technical issues to the relevant teams. — Ensure all actions and decisions are properly recorded in line with internal quality requirements.
Requirements: — Previous experience in KYC, onboarding, CDD, or customer support. — Ability to analyze customer information and documents, identify inconsistencies. — Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. — Ability to work to defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining quality standards. — Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to recognize when issues need to be escalated. — Experience using KYC or case management systems (e.g., Sumsub, Freshdesk/Zendesk) is an advantage.
