We’re growing our recruitment team and looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to join us and help scale hiring across Ukraine, Colombia, and India.

Requirements: * 6+ months of commercial experience in IT sourcing or recruitment * Basic understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and hiring processes * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search * English level B1+ * Strong attention to details * Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and stay organized * Proactive, responsible, result-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn * Team player mindset, ready to collaborate and support teammates
Responsibilities: * Search and identify IT candidates using different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc) * Source candidates across Ukraine, Europe, Colombia, and India * Work simultaneously on 4–6 open vacancies * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs * Conduct initial outreach and primary text screening to assess candidate fit * Research talent markets and salary ranges * Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Teams to align on role requirements and sourcing priorities * Ensure accurate and up-to-date ATS data throughout the hiring process
