We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Strong Junior Accountant to support our company’s operational financial processes. In this position, you will provide accounting support to entrepreneurs (FOP), manage employee payroll processes, monitor and make payments to the company’s counterparties.
Requirements * 1.5 + years of hands-on experience as an Accountant. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation. * Experience or strong understanding of accounts payable processes (supplier invoices, reconciliations, payments). * Experience working with individual entrepreneurs (FOP), including taxes, reporting, and the * Electronic Taxpayer Account. * Ability to work with primary documents (invoices, contracts, acts, statements). * Attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and documents. * Сonfident proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. * Willingness to learn and develop in accounting and taxation. * English level B1 or higher (ability to read documentation and communicate on work-related topics).
Responsibilities * Monthly payroll processing for approximately 60 employees, including tax calculations and compensation for individual entrepreneurs (FOP, Group 3, Simplified Tax System). * Preparation and execution of salary payments in accordance with internal policies. * Preparation of supporting documentation for individual entrepreneurs related to payroll payments (invoices, payment confirmations). * Managing FOP opening/closure processes, bank account setup, and qualified e-signature generation (QES / КЕП). * Consulting employees on individual entrepreneur (FOP)—related matters. * Quarterly preparation and submission of tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs and ensuring timely tax payments. * Monitoring the internal payment schedule for counterparties and processing payments through international banking systems (SEPA, SWIFT).
