We are looking for a systematic and caring HR Operations Specialist to become the backbone of our People team. Your superpower is turning bureaucracy into smooth processes and ensuring a seamless experience for every team member. Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration; Solid understanding of Onboarding and Offboarding workflows; A love for order, numbers, and data systematization; Good command of English (sufficient for documentation and communication); Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion; English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What you will do:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Facilitate the full employee journey — from preparing contracts and orchestrating a warm onboarding for newcomers to coordinating a structured and respectful offboarding process; HR Administration & Data Integrity: Maintain internal databases (HRIS), update employee profiles, track time-off balances, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date; Assets & Inventory Control: Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and return of equipment, collaborating closely with the Finance team regarding assets; Employee Engagement & Care: Organize team celebrations (gifts, anniversaries), facilitate feedback collection (surveys, reviews), and serve as a reliable point of contact for daily operational inquiries; Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on personnel changes, hiring statistics, and ensure necessary background checks and compliance procedures are followed.
