Responsibilities: * Competitive and market research and insights generation * Full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy (from research to scaling) * Audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research * Setup, optimization, and scaling of demand generation campaigns * A/B testing: developing hypotheses, analyzing results, identifying learnings, and implementing rollouts * Building and automating campaign structures and workflows * Analytical insights reporting (not just numbers — insights → actions) * Proactively collaborate with internal teams (product and creative) * Escalating and handling Google support tickets for policy limitations * Sharing expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience with Google Ads * Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns * Professional use of Google Ads Editor * Experience working with Birch * A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus
Would be a plus: * Experience using AI for operational automation and testing. * A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics would be a plus. * Experience building or improving acquisition processes. * Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker)
