Your Role: * Analyze and optimize campaigns across platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit Ads. * Launching and running A/B tests, validate hypotheses and improve performance metrics step by step. * Collaborate closely with creative and design teams: contribute to creative briefs, share performance insights, and learn how to connect data with creative strategy. * Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, new angles, and growth opportunities. * Help monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns stay aligned with team goals and KPIs.
About You: * 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition. * Basic hands-on experience with at least one paid channel (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit Ads). * Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and curiosity to dive deeper into analytics. * Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make data-driven decisions. * Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop unique strategies to attract and keep users. * Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher for seamless collaboration with international teams and partners.
