We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with AI experience to lead delivery of a multi-module B2B SaaS Agentic AI Platform. This role focuses on ensuring predictable execution, coordinating engineering and stakeholders, and leveraging AI-assisted workflows to optimize delivery. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform modules and core services. * Plan and maintain roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and dependencies. * Run agile ceremonies and track team velocity and progress. * Maintain a single source of truth in Confluence/SharePoint, tracking decisions, risks, and requirements. * Manage cross-team dependencies and escalation processes; provide executive reporting. * Oversee backlog in Jira and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) for planning and prioritization. * Coordinate testing, UAT, releases, capacity planning, and budget monitoring.
Requirements * 8+ years in software project/program management. * 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions. * Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud environments (AWS). * Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with AI-assisted workflows and automation.
