Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior AI Strategy Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a leading multinational company in the building materials industry.
Duration: 6 months (with the possible extension).
Requirements: * Solid business case understanding (e.g., investment, ROI). * Excellent communication skills (the ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations understandable to a wide audience, including C-level). Strong presentation and storytelling skills (ability to synthesize complex topics into clear executive-level narratives). * General curiosity and an interest in technology (it doesn’t necessarily require experience in it, but having some knowledge). * Strong problem-solving skills (there is still considerable uncertainty about the ROI that AI can realistically deliver to businesses, and this is evolving rapidly, leaving many unknowns to explore and resolve). * An organized and structured individual. * Strong skills in stakeholder management (ability to align multiple business units, markets, and functions). * High ownership and proactive mindset (comfortable working with ambiguity and driving tasks independently). * Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable work items. * Strong planning and tracking skills (roadmaps, action plans, timelines, risks, dependencies). * Advanced English level.
Nice to have: * Understanding of AI concepts and the AI project lifecycle.
Responsibilities: * Support the Head of AI and AI Strategist in driving and executing ongoing AI initiatives across the company. * Proactively take ownership of tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure progress without requiring constant direction. * Shape the future of AI at the company by guiding global business units and markets in turning high-potential ideas into impactful, AI-empowered solutions. * Drive AI initiatives end-to-end (within existing programs), from exploration to rollout, ensuring they deliver measurable value, stay aligned with strategy, and create lasting impact. * Act as the connector between countries, functions, and teams, fostering collaboration that transforms local initiatives into scalable global successes. * Build and evolve governance practices that ensure AI is trusted, transparent, and compliant — while enabling innovation rather than slowing it down. * Maintain visibility across AI workstreams by tracking progress, timelines, risks, blockers, dependencies, and next steps. * Prepare clear communication materials (updates, summaries, presentations) for stakeholders, including senior leadership. * Champion responsible innovation by combining forward-looking product thinking with strong governance, unlocking opportunities for the company and its customers worldwide.
