We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can support the operational and administrative functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of project management processes, contract renewals, financial analysis, and performance reporting. We are looking for a proactive, analytical individual with strong ownership and attention to detail, who has the ambition to grow into a IT Project Manager position.
A new team member will be in charge of: * Maintain and update service delivery documentation. * Track client contract and SOW expiration dates, initiate renewal processes. * Prepare and analyze project financial reports. * Support project governance and audits, keep project dashboards up-to-date. * Aggregate and monitor project health (RAG status) across multiple client accounts, escalating delivery risks, financial issues, and tracking action items. * Assist in preparing client-facing status reports, internal delivery reviews, and business unit presentations. * Take ownership of recurring operational routines, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Does this relate to you? * Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, financial tracking). * Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple tasks and client priorities. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for liaising with internal teams and supporting client communications. * Eagerness to learn the IT outsourcing business and develop towards a Project Manager role. * Experience in administrative, operational, or financial support roles, preferably within an IT, tech, or professional services company. * Background in accounting, finance, or business/technical administration is a strong plus. * English is Upper-intermediate.
