Hily. It is a dating app that allows users to be truly themselves and enjoy dating as they are. On Hily, users become part of a community where people find genuine connections and meaningful relationships. The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, competing with market leaders such as Tinder and Bumble. Hily today: 39M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.
You will:
• Run performance marketing campaigns on TikTok;
• Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV;
• Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, manage budget;
• Cooperate with creative team about creatives production;
• Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition;
• Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate a hypothesis.
We’ll have a match if you:
• Are genuinely passionate about performance marketing and want to grow specifically in TikTok UA;
• Are highly proactive: you don’t wait for tasks, but ask questions, suggest ideas, and look for ways to help;
• Love learning: you regularly read/watch cases, courses, and are ready to invest time into self‑education;
• Feel comfortable working with numbers and making simple conclusions from data;
• Are attentive to details and double‑check your work (links, targeting, budgets, naming, tracking);
• Can organize yourself: keep tasks, deadlines, and reports in order;
• Are not afraid of routine and repetitive tasks at the start, understanding this is how you gain expertise.
Will be an advantage:
• Any hands‑on experience with ads (TikTok / Meta / Google / others) — even small budgets, your own project, freelance or course practice;
• Experience using TikTok actively: your own content, blog, or deep understanding of trends and formats;
• Completed courses in digital marketing / performance / UA (with certificates or projects);
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase) at least on a theoretical level;
• Understanding of basic performance metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period (even just definitions);
• Experience in startups, product teams, gaming or mobile apps.
