Our creative and Web design execution does not consistently translate brand quality into conversion: funnels are slow to iterate, design decisions are not always CRO-driven, and performance learnings are not systematically embedded into visuals.
This role exists to turn brand-led design into measurable revenue impact by owning high-performing design across the e-commerce funnel, so the team can increase conversion rates, speed up experimentation, and scale growth without degrading brand quality.
What this person will do: * Own the performance design of all key e-commerce touchpoints (landing pages, PDP/PLP, checkout, upsells, bundles) with a clear CRO mindset. * Design conversion-driven creative assets for paid traffic (static, layout systems, hooks, variations) in close collaboration with Growth & Social. * Translate insights from analytics, A/B tests, and user behavior into concrete design improvements and iterations. * Maintain and evolve Company’ visual standards to ensure brand consistency while enabling fast experimentation. * Collaborate with Growth, Copy, and Tech to ship frictionless, high-clarity user experiences at speed.
What success looks like
After 1 months: * Key landing pages and PDPs are redesigned or optimized with clear hypotheses and measurable lifts. * Design delivery speed increases (more variants shipped per week without quality loss). * Growth team actively uses this role as the go-to owner for performance-driven creative decisions.
After 2 months: * Conversion rate, AOV, or funnel drop-off metrics show sustained improvement tied to design changes. * A repeatable system exists for testing and iterating performance creatives without constant re-briefing. * Fewer complaints about clarity, usability, or inconsistency across the shopping experience.
What we need from this person (requirements): * 3+ years of experience designing conversion-focused e-commerce or performance marketing assets. * Proven ability to design e-commerce websites that drives measurable outcomes (CRO, funnel optimization, paid traffic). * Strong visual taste with the discipline to prioritize clarity, hierarchy, and usability over decoration. * Hands-on experience working fast in iterative environments (tests, variants, tight feedback loops). * Ability to independently own design problems from brief to shipped result.
Nice to have: * Experience with DTC brands, supplements, beauty, or premium consumer products. * Familiarity with Shopify ecosystems and CRO tooling (Hotjar, GA4 insights, A/B testing platforms). * Experience collaborating closely with media buyers or growth marketers. * Background in startups or high-growth teams where speed and ownership matter.
