The next great challenge is coming:
We’re looking for a Middle Dev QA Engineer with strong hands‑on experience testing UE/Unity‑based games across PC and console platforms. You’ll handle functional, performance, and regression testing; investigate crashes and logs; and validate builds using different tools. You’ll work closely with developers and designers, maintain clear test documentation, and ensure compliance with platform standards (TRC, Lotcheck, etc.). If you have experience with Agile teams, CI/CD, and full‑cycle development, this role might be your perfect match.
Superpowers you have:
* Strong understanding of game mechanics and design principles;
* Strong understanding of the development process, software life cycle and testing methodologies;
* 3+ years of experience as a Dev QA Engineer or in a similar role.
* Experience working with Unreal Engine or Unity
* Understanding of engine systems (physics, audio, scripting, input)
* Experience testing on PC and console platforms
* Experience with Git or Perforce (basic usage for sync/build validation)
* Experience with crash analysis and log investigation
* Understanding of platform-specific requirements and submission processes. (TRC, Lotcheck etc.);
* Familiarity with CI/CD for testing purposes;
* Experience with Agile and Scrum;
* Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail);
* Upper‑intermediate English proficiency;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
You’re a rockstar if you have:
* Experience working with Visual Studio
* Experience working in Scrum teams during active development from scratch to release
* Experience in testing specific tools

* Conduct manual testing of PC and consols, including functionality, usability, performance, and regression testing;
* Execute cross-platform testing and ensure the game works seamlessly on different platforms;
* Review and analyze software requirements, provide feedback and improvement;
* Collaborating closely with developers and producers to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality outcomes;
* Create and maintain detailed documentation (including Test Plan, Test Cases, Reports etc.);
* Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps;
* Utilize game editors (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) for more in-depth testing and bug reproduction;
* Employ platform-specific tools to monitor performance, memory usage, and frame rates;
