We’re looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help our team hire skilled software developers and IT specialists. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys fast-paced work. What you’ll do * Own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and software development roles, from sourcing to final hiring * Proactively source and engage software developers and IT professionals across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and others) * Build, manage, and continuously expand a high-quality developer talent pipeline * Prepare and present structured candidate profiles (CVs, summaries, and video introductions) * Coordinate the technical interview process: scheduling interviews, assigning test tasks, collecting and sharing feedback * Prepare and negotiate job offers, guiding candidates through decision-making * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database * Coordinate contract signing and onboarding steps with candidates * Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to ensure efficient hiring workflows * Continuously analyze and improve recruitment strategies, tools, and candidate experience
What we’re looking for * Upper-intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken * 1+ year of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment * Strong experience sourcing software developers and technical specialists * Familiarity with sourcing across multiple regions (Europe, USA, LATAM) * Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset * Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities * Motivation to learn, grow, and improve recruitment processes * Client-facing experience and strong stakeholder communication skills are a plus
