We’re seeking a talented BI Engineer/Data Application Engineer to join our client’s team.
You will build user-facing dashboards and lightweight internal data applications, ensuring reporting products are accurate, reliable, and easy to use.
You will work across the modern analytics stack: Power BI, Streamlit, DBT, SQL, and Snowflake, delivering clean, well-governed reporting layers for business users. You will also support governance standards and help the business make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Experience / Skills required:
Must have: * Proven experience building and administering Power BI dashboards and tenant environments, including workspaces, access control, refresh schedules, and gateway management * Hands-on experience creating DBT models for reporting datasets and semantic layers, maintaining lineage and testing transformations * Strong SQL skills for analytics, data modelling, and preparing datasets for dashboards and reporting flows * Experience managing Snowflake structures for analytics, including schemas, views, and access management * Python for dataset shaping, lightweight transformations, and ETL-like processes * Tableau dashboards (optional, but highly desirable) * Streamlit or similar frameworks to support operational workflows * Exposure to ETL patterns for reporting datasets, including scheduling jobs and integrating multiple data sources * Excellent communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English (or higher)
Responsibilities: * Design & build Power BI dashboards and Tableau visualisations for business teams * Administer Power BI tenant: workspaces, access control, refresh schedules, gateway (if used) * Build small internal applications with Streamlit for operational workflows * Create DBT models for reporting datasets and semantic layers; maintain model lineage * Prepare and shape datasets with SQL and Python for analysts & stakeholders * Implement ETL steps needed for reporting flows and schedule jobs * Manage Snowflake structures for analytics (schemas, views, access) * Document dashboards, metrics, dataset lineage and dependencies for governance * Assist business users with ad-hoc reporting, KPI definitions, and training
