Role Mission Drive business growth through building and scaling a competitive UX design service. Lead the strategic development of the design function as a revenue-generating unit, ensuring its direct impact on company positioning, client value, and operational excellence. Responsibilities * Define and execute the strategic vision of the design function as a scalable and profitable business unit. * Search, develop, and grow a competitive service offering that strengthens the company’s market positioning. * Drive the company toward international design awards and industry recognition as a strategic branding lever. * Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion directions. * Ensure the design function directly contributes to company growth, client retention, and overall profitability. * Build, lead, and continuously develop a growing high-performing design team. * Collaborate with Sales and Executive leadership to support pre-sales, solution shaping, and strategic accounts. * Drive performance management, resource planning, and margin optimization within the department. * Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and business-oriented thinking across the team.
Qualifications * Proven leadership experience in a service-based or outsourcing company environment. * Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, or transforming a design function into a structured and revenue-generating unit. * Strong commercial mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and performance tracking. * Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and accountability. * Solid understanding of service delivery models, client lifecycle management, and operational efficiency. * Ability to align creative direction with business objectives and company growth strategy. * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
