Responsibilities — Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to offer) for technical, product, and marketing roles within iGaming / B2B / B2C environments — Design and execute sourcing strategies for complex and niche positions in close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment — Lead hiring initiatives for Executive and C-level roles — Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value candidates — Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis within the iGaming industry — Continuously improve recruitment processes using data, metrics, and analytics to increase efficiency and quality of hires
Key Requirements: — 4+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years in Gambling / Betting / iGaming — Proven success hiring Middle—Senior and C-level professionals across Tech, Marketing, Product, and Datafunctions — Deep understanding of industry specifics, role requirements, and candidate profiles — Experience working with international talent markets — Confident English proficiency (Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate) — Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean Search — Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability to effectively present and sell company opportunities
