The Role: Production Graphic Designer — Where Creativity Meets Execution
As a Production Artist at Imprint Engine, you are the wizard behind the curtain, turning design concepts into tangible realities. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the design through the production process, ensuring every piece not only meets but exceeds our high standards of quality. You’ll wield your creativity and technical skills to produce a wide array of materials, from digital designs to print products, each reflecting our clients’ vision and our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Execute with Excellence: Take the helm on digital and print production projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.
Juggle with Joy: Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a positive attitude, ensuring each task is handled with precision and care.
Communicate & Collaborate: Work closely with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of design projects.
Innovate & Inspire: Push the boundaries of design with every project, from logo creation to brand development, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and deliver beyond expectations.
Your Toolkit:
Experience: 2-3 years in print production, creative graphic & product design, with a portfolio to showcase your brilliance.
Tech Savvy: Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, with a keen eye for current design trends.
Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas clearly to team members and clients alike.
Problem Solver: A solutions-oriented mindset that never knows the word “no.”
Detail Oriented: A meticulous approach to your work, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Adaptable: Thrive in both team settings and solo projects, in-office or remotely, under tight deadlines.
Flexible Workday: You must be willing to work US CST hours from ~9am to 5pm.
