We are looking for Middle HR Business Partner to become a part of our Relevant team. You will be working closely with the management team to achieve company goals, design strategies that’ll help us to grow, and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities: * Managing the full employee lifecycle; * Provide partnership to the CEO on business development matters; * Provide partnership to managers on project/people management matters; * Promoting Company values and HR Brand; * Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and ESS); * Setup internal HRM system; * Implement strategic HR projects.
Required skills: * 3+ years of experience as HR Manager; * Good understanding and experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle; * Experience in launching HR projects from scratch (values/culture/performance review, etc.); * Excellent knowledge and working experience using HR metrics/analytics; * Negotiation and communication skills; * Initiative and attention to detail; * Intermediate level of English or higher.
