TechChain Solutions is an IT company specializing in blockchain development and Web3 solutions. We help startups and companies build and scale products in the Web3, FinTech and blockchain space.
Our team works with international clients and provides services including blockchain development, smart contract development, DeFi solutions and Web3 infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients interested in blockchain and Web3 development services.

Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients for blockchain and Web3 development services
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach and other outbound channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Initiate first contact with potential clients and conduct initial outreach
• Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
• Research the market and identify new client acquisition opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results in CRM

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / SDR / BDR / Business Development
• Experience working with LinkedIn, Upwork or other lead generation channels
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
• Ability to research companies and identify decision makers
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• English level Intermediate or higher

Experience in Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain is not mandatory, but a strong understanding of the industry and interest in the Web3 ecosystem is required.
