An international IT holding with 11+ years in the market and a team of 390+ employees is scaling its Media Buying division and is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to take responsibility for PnL, the team, and the systematic growth of the department.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of buyers (3+ people): task setting, KPI control, and team development
* Launch and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–3 GEO
* Take full responsibility for performance and PnL of the department
* Work with budgets of $300K — $1M+ per month
* Build processes: KPIs, reporting, workflows, onboarding, and training of new buyers
* Optimize key metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV
* Scale profitable campaigns and implement new strategies
* Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams
✅ Required experience:
* 1–2+ years in a similar role
* Managing monthly budgets of $300K — $1M+
* Experience managing a team of buyers (3+ people)
* Deep expertise in Facebook Ads
* Experience in iGaming / Gambling verticals
* Understanding unit economics and the impact of traffic on retention and LTV
