The mission of the Strategic Partnerships Manager is to build, own, and operate INSART’s Strategic Partnerships & Alliances function by converting trusted relationships into measurable economic value. This role exists to replace ad-hoc introductions, informal networks, and founder-dependent relationships with a structured, governed, and outcome-driven partner ecosystem. The Strategic Partnerships Manager operationalizes the Partner Taxonomy, manages partner tiers, and ensures that partnerships consistently generate qualified demand, revenue leverage, cost advantages, and strategic access for INSART and its clients. Success is defined by validated outcomes, not network size or activity.

Role Responsibilities * Build, own, and operate INSART’s Strategic Partnerships & Alliances function as a measurable business lever * Turn relationships into validated economic outcomes (pipeline impact, revenue leverage, strategic access, cost advantages) * Design and manage a structured partner ecosystem (tiers, engagement models, performance rules) * Search, onboard, and manage Venture Partners with clear expectations and accountability * Operate the leaders clubs as a curated, outcome-driven ecosystem * Activate Capital & Power relationships (investors, founders, principals) to drive strategic leverage * Launch and scale Technology Platform and Financial Institution partnerships * Ensure partnerships align with INSART’s strategy and produce partner-sourced pipeline * Track, report, and optimize partner performance and economic impact in CRM and leadership reviews
Role Requirements * Proven experience owning and executing strategic partnerships, alliances, or partner-led growth initiatives * Demonstrated ability to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, leverage) * Hands-on operator mindset with comfort executing independently before scaling a team * Credibility and confidence working with senior executives (CEOs, founders, investors, principals) * Strong judgment, ownership, and follow-through in complex partnership environments * Ability to align partnerships with go-to-market strategy and commercial priorities * High discipline in tracking, reporting, and prioritizing partner impact over activity * Fluent business English (C1+)
Nice to have: * Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, fintech infrastructure, or partner-led ecosystems * Experience with technology platform or cloud partnerships
